1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "User") and Resonance Labs Pty Ltd("Curiosity", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Curiosity courses, the website at curiosityaieducation.com, the workspace at app.resonanceai.com.au, and all related services, together the "Service".
By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Curiosity provides online courses on artificial intelligence, made in Australia, for individuals learning the basics, for the organisations rolling the technology out, and for the developers shipping agents. Every course includes:
- Modular video lessons and written notes
- Quizzes at the end of each module, multiple choice plus an open question graded by an artificial intelligence
- A capstone case study graded against a published rubric
- A printable certificate on pass with a public verification URL
- Lifetime access including every future update to the course
3. Accounts and registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Meet the age requirements set out in the section on age and young people below
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing login credentials with others is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without refund.
4. Courses and access
When you purchase a course you receive a personal, non transferable right to access the course materials for as long as the course remains published. We aim to keep courses available indefinitely but reserve the right to retire a course with reasonable notice. In that event we provide an export of any work you have submitted.
The Developers course includes the Individuals and Organisations courses as bundled entitlements. A single Developers purchase grants access to all three. Refunding the Developers purchase removes access to all three.
You may not redistribute course materials, share them in whole or in substantial part with third parties, or use them to train machine learning models without our express written consent.
5. Pricing and payment
Current pricing is listed at curiosityaieducation.com/education.
- Individuals, $49.00, one time, lifetime access.
- Organisations, $199.00, one time, lifetime access.
- Developers, $349.00, one time, lifetime access, includes the other two courses.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe at the point of purchase. We do not automatically renew course purchases. There is no subscription.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that the Service is supplied as digital content with immediate access on payment, and that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange because you have changed your mind, no longer want the course, did not complete the course, did not find the content suitable for your circumstances, or for any other reason of personal preference.
We are confident in the quality of the courses. Detailed information about every course, including the module list, the lesson titles, the capstone scenario, and the certificate, is published at curiosityaieducation.com/education so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to read the course detail page and the syllabus carefully before paying.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund where the failure amounts to a major failure as defined in that legislation. To make a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, email info@curiosityaieducation.com with the subject "ACL claim" and a description of the failure. We respond inside five business days.
Where a refund is issued under the Australian Consumer Law for the Developers course, access to the bundled Individuals and Organisations courses is also removed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Redistribute or resell course materials in whole or in substantial part
- Use course materials to train machine learning models without consent
- Submit capstone work that is not your own
8. AI outputs and grading
Important, please read this section carefully.
- Curiosity courses teach techniques for working with artificial intelligence. The course material itself is reviewed by humans and reflects our best understanding at the time of writing.
- Short answer quiz responses and capstone submissions are graded by an artificial intelligence against a rubric we author. Grading can be wrong. If you believe a grading decision is incorrect, email us and a human reviews it.
- Course material is general guidance, not professional, legal, accounting, or technical advice. You should exercise independent judgement when applying anything you learn to your own work.
- Where a course recommends a particular tool or pattern, that recommendation reflects the state of the field at the time of writing. The field moves quickly, and what was true at publication may have changed.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 Your content

- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
