1. Getting help

We are here to help you get the most out of Curiosity. The fastest way to reach us is by email.

Please include your account email and the course name where relevant so we can resolve your issue quickly. We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day.

2. Support hours

Our support team is available during:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00, Melbourne time
  • Weekends and public holidays: Limited support for critical issues

Emails received outside business hours are addressed on the next business day. Security issues are monitored continuously, see section eight below.

3. Course access

Course access is granted automatically the moment your purchase is confirmed. Your courses appear under My courses when you sign in.

  • Cannot see a course you purchased? Check you are signed in with the same email used at checkout.
  • Bought the developer course? You receive three enrolments. AI for Developers, AI for Individuals, and AI for Organisations are all visible in your dashboard.
  • Still missing? Email us with your order reference and we will fix it inside one business day.

4. Video playback

Lesson videos are hosted on bunny.net and play in any modern browser. If a video does not load:

  • Try a different browser. Chrome and Safari are the most thoroughly tested.
  • Disable any extension that blocks video streaming or content from third parties.
  • Check your internet connection. Adaptive streaming requires a stable connection.
  • Try a different network if you suspect a regional outage.

If the issue persists, email us with the course name, the lesson name, the browser you were using, and a screenshot of any error message.

5. Quizzes and grading

Each module ends with a quiz. The multiple choice questions are graded instantly. The short answer questions are graded by an artificial intelligence against a published rubric, typically inside thirty seconds.

  • You can retake a quiz as many times as you need to pass the module threshold, which is 70% by default.
  • If you believe a grade is wrong, email us with the quiz question, your answer, and the score. A human reviews it and adjusts the result if the case is warranted.
  • The grading is not perfect. We err on the side of being generous, and you should still get a fair read of your understanding.

6. Capstones and certificates

Each course ends with a capstone case study. You unlock the capstone once every lesson is complete and every module quiz is passed. The capstone is graded by an artificial intelligence against a rubric mapped to specific lessons.

  • A capstone pass typically clears inside a minute. Submissions with attachments may take longer.
  • On pass, a printable certificate is issued automatically with a public verification URL.
  • You can reprint or share your certificate from My courses.
  • If you fail the capstone, you can revise and resubmit at no extra cost.

7. Account and billing

For account and billing enquiries, including:

  • Updating your email address or name
  • Requesting invoices or receipts
  • Resetting your password or recovering your account
  • Making a claim under the Australian Consumer Law
  • Deleting your account and your data

Email info@curiosityaieducation.com. You can also manage many account settings directly from your dashboard after signing in.

8. Security concerns

If you discover a security vulnerability or suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at info@curiosityaieducation.com with the subject line "Security report".

We take every security report seriously and will:

  • Acknowledge your report inside twenty four hours
  • Investigate and provide an initial assessment inside forty eight hours
  • Keep you informed of remediation progress

9. Feature requests

We welcome feedback on the courses and the platform. Tell us what you would like to see, whether a new module, a new course, a tool we should cover, or a change that would make the workspace work better for you.

Email info@curiosityaieducation.com with "Feature request" in the subject. Please describe what you want and why. Concrete use cases beat abstract wishlists.

10. Service status

We target high availability for the courses and the workspace. If you are experiencing connectivity issues:

  • Check your internet connection and refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser or a different device

For planned maintenance, we notify affected users by email in advance. If you believe the service is experiencing an outage, email us at info@curiosityaieducation.com and we will provide a status update.
